A joyful community outing brought fresh energy to everyone as the Manchester Nepali Samaj organised a wonderful day trip to National Trust Kedleston Hall in Derby on on 27th July 2026. From the moment the coach set off, the atmosphere was full of excitement. Members of all ages, children, young people, adults, and elders joined together, singing, chatting, and enjoying the beautiful views along the way. It felt like a moving celebration of togetherness.
Once the group arrived at Kedleston Hall, everyone took their time exploring the historic estate. The exhibition highlighting South Asian heritage with a focus on Tibet was especially meaningful, offering a chance to connect with cultural stories and history. The Manchester Nepali Samaj extends a warm and heartfelt thank you to National Trust Kedleston Hall for welcoming the group so kindly and making the visit truly special.
After exploring, the group gathered for a relaxed picnic, sharing food and enjoying the sunshine. The fun continued with a range of activities organised for both kids and adults.
Members enthusiastically joined in games like Tug of War and running races, filling the afternoon with laughter, friendly competition, and great memories.
